School Session Times – 2024/2025
Parents and children should arrive between 8.45 am and 8.50 am. The children are able to come straight into school and a morning activity will be available for them to complete. We expect all children to be in their classroom and seated by 8.55am.
Sycamore and Chestnut
08.55 am – School bell rings and Class registers taken
9.00 am – Collective Worship
10.00 am – morning snack and milk if it has been ordered followed by playtime
10.15 am – Learning resumes
12.00 – 1.00 pm lunch and play
3.20pm – Upton bus leaves for children who catch the bus home
3.25pm – home time
The hours in school amounts to 32.5 hours for EYFS/KS1.
Beech and Oak Classes
08.55 am School bell rings and Class registers taken
9.00 am – Collective Worship
10.45 am – tuck shop or own snack and morning break
11.00am – Learning resumes
12.30 – 1.30 – lunch and play
3.20pm – Upton bus leaves for children who catch the bus home
3.30pm – home time
The hours in school amounts to just over 32.92 hours for KS2.
